CANDLE COACH POLICIES:
*To make a reservation call our office to check availability and reserve your seat.
*All casino riders must have a valid government issued photo ID & be 21 or older.
*If you pay at the bus you will be considered a walk-on if there is an available seat. Unpaid reservations will not be guaranteed a seat.
*Departure times may vary depending on the trip.
*All departure locations may not be available for every trip & may change without notice.
*Additional departure locations may be arranged by calling the office, for groups of 15 or more.
*Passengers wishing to travel together may do so IF they board at the same departure location and inform the office at the time of reservation.
*Vehicles left parked at departure locations do so at the owner's risk.
*Those leaving vehicles acknowledge that neither the property owner nor Candle Coach has any liablility for theft, damage or injury.
*Deposits may be required for overnight trips.
*Cancellations on Casino Day Trips must be made 24 hours in advance of departure time to receive a refund or credit. We cannot make any exceptions due to last minute illnesses.
*Trip insurance is always available through Travel-Ex for Specialty or Overnight trips. Please call the office for details. Purchasing insurance must be done by the payment due date of the trip. Once paid, the premium is
*To cancel an overnight trip you must do so 30 days prior to departure. After 30 days no refund. Exception, if you or Candle Coach can rebook your seat, you may be entitled to a refund.
